ApexSystems Aluform Private Limited

ApexAluform is the manufacturing brand of ApexSystems Aluform Private Limited, a new Pune-based company set up with a single focus: aluminium formwork panels for the construction industry. Our manufacturing unit and corporate office are both based in Pune, keeping design, engineering, and production closely connected from day one.

We are built around one product category and one goal: aluminium formwork panel systems that hold tolerance, pour after pour, project after project. Every panel we manufacture is designed by our own engineering team, fabricated on our own floor, and checked against our own quality standards — not outsourced, not assembled from unverified stock.

    A complete panel layout is modelled — every wall panel, corner, and connection point mapped to the building grid.

  3. 03VALIDATE

    Design Validation & Client Sign-Off

    The layout is checked for constructability and reviewed with the client before it is released to the shop floor.

  4. 04FABRICATE

    Precision Fabrication

    Aluminium sheet and profile are cut and formed to the validated drawing at our manufacturing facility.

  5. 05WELD

    Friction-Stir & MIG Welding

    Panel frames are welded using friction-stir and MIG processes for a joint that holds through repeated reuse.

  6. 06INSPECT

    Quality Inspection & Testing

    Every panel is checked for dimensional accuracy, flatness, and weld integrity before it leaves the QC stage.

    Surface Finishing

    Panels receive their specified surface finish and protective coating ahead of packing.

Refurbishment

Panel refurbishment & life-extension

An aluminium formwork panel reaching the end of its rated reuse cycles isn't scrap — it's a candidate for refurbishment. We inspect, repair, and re-certify panels at our manufacturing unit so they can safely return to site.

    Every panel is cleaned and inspected for wear, warping, and weld condition before any repair work begins.

  • De-Warping & Straightening

    Panels showing bow or twist are corrected to restore flat, true faces.

  • Weld & Pin-Hole Repair

    Damaged welds and worn pin holes are repaired to restore original connection strength.

  • Re-Coating & Surface Refinishing

    A fresh protective finish is applied so the panel releases concrete cleanly again.

Aluminium formwork is a system of lightweight, reusable aluminium panels used to cast concrete walls, columns, and slabs in a single monolithic pour. Unlike plywood shuttering, which degrades after a handful of uses, or steel formwork, which is significantly heavier, aluminium panels combine long reuse life with easier on-site handling.

How many times can an ApexAluform panel be reused?

Our panels are engineered for a rated 150 reuse cycles under normal site conditions. Beyond that, panels can typically be refurbished and re-certified for continued use rather than replaced.

Do you provide formwork design and engineering support, or only supply panels?

We provide end-to-end support — our engineering team studies your architectural drawings, designs the panel layout, and validates it with you before fabrication begins. Supply and engineering are handled by the same team.

Do you refurbish formwork panels that weren't manufactured by ApexAluform?

In most cases, yes. Send us the panel details and current condition, and our team will assess whether refurbishment is viable and provide a quote.

What is the typical lead time from order to dispatch?

Lead time depends on project scope and current production load. Once your drawings are finalised, our team will confirm a delivery schedule as part of the quotation.

Is aluminium formwork suitable for low-rise as well as high-rise projects?

Yes. The system is used across low-rise residential developments, high-rise towers, and industrial structures — the panel layout is engineered specifically for each project's grid.

Do you supply outside Pune and Maharashtra?
