Aluminium Formwork Panels Engineered to a Standard, Not a Compromise.
ApexAluform designs and manufactures precision aluminium formwork panel systems for RCC construction — engineered in-house, fabricated with strict process discipline, and backed by our own panel refurbishment program.
ApexSystems Aluform Private Limited
ApexAluform is the manufacturing brand of ApexSystems Aluform Private Limited, a new Pune-based company set up with a single focus: aluminium formwork panels for the construction industry. Our manufacturing unit and corporate office are both based in Pune, keeping design, engineering, and production closely connected from day one.
We are built around one product category and one goal: aluminium formwork panel systems that hold tolerance, pour after pour, project after project. Every panel we manufacture is designed by our own engineering team, fabricated on our own floor, and checked against our own quality standards — not outsourced, not assembled from unverified stock.
- ✓Precision. Panels engineered to the drawing, not approximated on the shop floor.
- ✓Accountability. One manufacturer, one point of contact, from design to dispatch.
- ✓Longevity. Panels engineered for extended reuse across projects, supported by our own refurbishment program.
Built by people who are accountable for every panel
Formwork failures on site are expensive — in time, in labour, in concrete finish. Here's what we control so that doesn't happen on your project.
In-House Engineering
Panel layouts, shop drawings, and design validation are done by our own engineering team — not a third party.
Superior-Grade Aluminium
6061-T6 aluminium sheet, 4mm thickness, selected for strength-to-weight and long-term flatness under load.
Friction-Stir & MIG Welding
Dual welding process for joint strength and dimensional stability across the full life of the panel.
Built for Long Panel Life
Panels are engineered for extended, repeated use, lowering your effective cost per pour over the project.
Quality-First Process
Every stage of manufacturing — from raw sheet to finished panel — runs under disciplined, stage-wise checks.
Pune-Based, Pan-India Reach
Manufacturing and corporate operations based in Pune, with dispatch to project sites across India.
Refurbishment Program
Panels reaching end-of-cycle are inspected, repaired, and re-certified in-house — not simply scrapped.
Design-to-Dispatch Support
One team follows the panel from architectural drawing to site handover — no handoffs, no gaps.
A complete aluminium formwork panel system
Wall, column, beam, and slab panels, engineered and paired with the accessories that hold them together on site.
Wall Panels
Primary vertical shuttering panels for RCC walls, sized to your architectural grid.
Column Panels
Four-sided panel sets engineered for consistent, plumb column faces.
Beam & Slab (Soffit) Panels
Horizontal panels enabling monolithic casting of slabs with walls in a single pour.
Internal & External Corners
Fixed-angle corner panels that hold junctions square without site adjustment.
Props & Beams
Adjustable vertical props and horizontal beams that support panels through curing.
Pins, Wedges & Wall Ties
The fastening hardware that locks panels together and controls wall thickness accurately.

From architectural drawing to site-ready panel
A fixed sequence, followed on every project, so nothing depends on memory or manual judgment calls.
-
01STUDY
Architectural & Structural Drawing Study
Our engineers study the client's architectural and structural drawings to understand wall, column, and slab layouts before any panel is designed.
-
02DESIGN
3D Modelling & Panel Layout Design
A complete panel layout is modelled — every wall panel, corner, and connection point mapped to the building grid.
-
03VALIDATE
Design Validation & Client Sign-Off
The layout is checked for constructability and reviewed with the client before it is released to the shop floor.
-
04FABRICATE
Precision Fabrication
Aluminium sheet and profile are cut and formed to the validated drawing at our manufacturing facility.
-
05WELD
Friction-Stir & MIG Welding
Panel frames are welded using friction-stir and MIG processes for a joint that holds through repeated reuse.
-
06INSPECT
Quality Inspection & Testing
Every panel is checked for dimensional accuracy, flatness, and weld integrity before it leaves the QC stage.
-
07FINISH
Surface Finishing
Panels receive their specified surface finish and protective coating ahead of packing.
-
08DISPATCH
Packing & Dispatch
Panels are batched by project set, labelled, and dispatched with the panel layout drawing for on-site assembly.
Panel refurbishment & life-extension
An aluminium formwork panel reaching the end of its rated reuse cycles isn't scrap — it's a candidate for refurbishment. We inspect, repair, and re-certify panels at our manufacturing unit so they can safely return to site.
Inspection & Cleaning
Every panel is cleaned and inspected for wear, warping, and weld condition before any repair work begins.
De-Warping & Straightening
Panels showing bow or twist are corrected to restore flat, true faces.
Weld & Pin-Hole Repair
Damaged welds and worn pin holes are repaired to restore original connection strength.
Re-Coating & Surface Refinishing
A fresh protective finish is applied so the panel releases concrete cleanly again.
Dimensional Re-Certification
Refurbished panels are re-measured against original specification before being cleared for redeployment.
| Consideration | New Panel | Refurbished Panel |
|---|---|---|
| Cost | Higher | Reduced vs. new |
| Lead Time | Full fabrication cycle | Typically shorter |
| Environmental Impact | New raw material | Extends existing material life |
| Suitability | New project set-up | Fleet top-ups & repeat projects |
We also assess formwork panels manufactured elsewhere for refurbishment where condition allows. Send us your panel details for an inspection quote.
Quality is our ultimate goal — not a claim, a process
Formwork quality shows up on-site as concrete finish and dimensional accuracy. We control it upstream, at every stage of manufacturing.
Built on a Quality System
Our manufacturing process is set up around a structured, documented quality management approach from day one.
Stage-Wise Inspection
Panels are checked at cutting, welding, and finishing — not only at final dispatch.
Material Traceability
Raw aluminium sheet is sourced and recorded against each production batch.
Dimensional Accuracy
Finished panels are measured against the approved drawing before packing.
Common questions, answered directly
What is aluminium formwork, and how is it different from plywood or steel shuttering?
Aluminium formwork is a system of lightweight, reusable aluminium panels used to cast concrete walls, columns, and slabs in a single monolithic pour. Unlike plywood shuttering, which degrades after a handful of uses, or steel formwork, which is significantly heavier, aluminium panels combine long reuse life with easier on-site handling.
How many times can an ApexAluform panel be reused?
Our panels are engineered for a rated 150 reuse cycles under normal site conditions. Beyond that, panels can typically be refurbished and re-certified for continued use rather than replaced.
Do you provide formwork design and engineering support, or only supply panels?
We provide end-to-end support — our engineering team studies your architectural drawings, designs the panel layout, and validates it with you before fabrication begins. Supply and engineering are handled by the same team.
Do you refurbish formwork panels that weren't manufactured by ApexAluform?
In most cases, yes. Send us the panel details and current condition, and our team will assess whether refurbishment is viable and provide a quote.
What is the typical lead time from order to dispatch?
Lead time depends on project scope and current production load. Once your drawings are finalised, our team will confirm a delivery schedule as part of the quotation.
Is aluminium formwork suitable for low-rise as well as high-rise projects?
Yes. The system is used across low-rise residential developments, high-rise towers, and industrial structures — the panel layout is engineered specifically for each project's grid.
Do you supply outside Pune and Maharashtra?
Yes, we manufacture in Pune and dispatch to project sites across India. Contact us to discuss your project location.
How do I request a quotation?
